Our slicing machine will guarantee you a long-lasting resistance thanks to the light anodized aluminum alloy composition. You can find it available for purchase with a flat block and sail to facilitate the removal of the trolley.

These slicers will be composed with a fixed ring and a removable blade guard to assist the protection of the blade. The sail adjustment knob with graduated scale will help you obtain a precise cut of your meat. In addition, the fixed sharpener with a pair of emery will ensure the sharpening of your blade. Our vertical slicers can be supplied with meat plate on request.
