Why choose to buy a professional covertop stove?

Our professional hob will be made of stainless steel AISI 304 to ensure long-term resistance.

This gastop top plate will include a hob with a wide 15 mm thick radiant plate and GN 2/1 static gas oven, GN 3/1.

The cookers will include fires with pilot flame ignition, valves with safety valve and thermocouple.

The piezoelectric burner will be equipped with piezoelectric ignition and exhaust fumes on the back. Maintenance will be facilitated thanks to the simple dismantling of the front panel.

In addition, the stainless steel or cast iron rod grills will be accompanied by removable liquid collection trays. You can find both the version with and without fires.
