Description

Are you looking for a pasta cooker for YOUR professional kitchen? Then our kettle will be ideal for YOU!

The professional dough kettle will be made of AISI 304 stainless steel with 2 mm thick top and AISI 316 stainless steel bowl. Scotch-Brite surface satin finish, rounded profiles and chrome details will complete the made-in-Italy design of our pasta cooker.

The tops will also be equipped with backsplash and knobs with a degree of water protection. These electric pasta cookers will include automatic water loading by means of a solenoid valve and level sensor. You can find the single or double GN and 1/1 GN single printed bathtub available for purchase.

The bottom grid and the high performance armored resistance will help you achieve a quick boiling point. In addition, the pasta cooker will be equipped with a safety thermostat and a 4-position switch. The perforated stainless steel baskets will be available in various sizes and types, ideal for various contemporary cooking. Equipped with taps for water, spillway and floor drainage.

The dough kettle will include burners with pilot light with electric ignition, valves with safety valve and thermocouple. The safety in the tank will be guaranteed thanks to the water presence sensor.
