These high power electric fryers will include a large heating surface. You can find them available at the purchase with a single or double tank. The lid and the basket will be made of polished chromed steel. The tank filter will support the 1/2 baskets for each bath, ensuring maximum hygiene for your professional kitchen.
Professional fryers will be composed of a double thermostat (working and safety) and a front oil drain. The removable front panel will make the maintenance of your machine simple, and the cleaning of the tanks will be facilitated by the rotatable resistance.
