When to buy a professional fryer on mobile?

These high power electric fryers will include a large heating surface for your food. The protection of the heating elements and the hooking of the basket will ensure the maximum hygiene of your professional kitchen.

Our industrial fryer will be made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a 1 mm thick top, Scotch-Brite satin finish, chrome details and rounded profiles. The floors will also be equipped with a back splash.

Professional fryers will be composed of a double thermostat (working and safety) and a front oil drain. The detachable door heater panel will help you to get a perfect cleaning in a simple way.

You can find them available to purchase the fryer with single or double tank. Supplied you will find the oil collection and filtering basin.
