REFUND POLICY

• How can I give my product back?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. Please provide the order number and reason for the return. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions in case of return approval.

We remind you to send the photos and the reason why you will use the returned practice, so you can inform the service center once you receive your practice. If you need assistance, you can contact us directly.

Note: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items purchased as new must be returned intact, unused or damaged. Product outside the European community cannot be returned.

• Will the costs of my shipment be covered?

All return shipping costs and other miscellaneous expenses are charged to the customer.

What do I do if the product I receive is damaged/ defective/incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing and/or faulty goods. Please include the order number, photographs of the articles and all references relating to the receipt of the package. We will do our best to resolve the case as soon as possible

• When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the bank that issued the card within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or request for cancellation. Please contact the card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you have not yet received a credit for your return, here's what to do: contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
