perhaps the assistance "after" the purchase confirmation could be improved: in fact, I had to call several times
to get news on the status of my order, only to find out, a few days before the estimated
delivery date, that some pieces were missing (and indispensable).
I, therefore, opted to postpone the delivery date until the order was complete
